The broken mirror of innocense

I'm going to tell a story
About a little girl
Who didn't has an option
Different from loneliness.

Her mother worked a lot
Her father lived far away
And her sister hated her
For being sweet and naive.

So she never talked too much
Because she knew no one would listen
And somehow she started to like
To be alone all the time.

In school she laughed with her friends
In her house she tried to get along with her sister
And every night when mommy arrived home
She said "I love you" and went to make dinner.

But mommy was tired
Of a depressed teenager
Which causeless selfishness
Made the woman's life harder.

It was the little girl's sister
Who made her mom to take the chance
She went to talk with their father
She decided to send the girls away.

The little girl
Felt betrayed for the first time
She ended up in a living hell
And lost the love she had for life.

Then she closed the door
Of her little broken heart
She made her own world
To pretend that everything was all right.

And so we find the end
Of the little girl's story
Where her innocence banishes
In a faraway memory.
